Help & common questions

Quick answers about your activation codes, shipments, and account.

I signed in but don't see my order

Orders are matched to the email address on the order itself. If you checked out with a different address than the one you signed in with — a spouse’s email, a work address, or an old one — your order is waiting under that address instead. Try signing in with the email you used at checkout.

If the order was shipped to someone else (a gift, or a different email in the shipping details), the codes follow the address the order’s emails went to. Not sure which that was? Reach us and we can look it up — and move the order to this account for you.

A couple of other everyday reasons: orders placed as a guest checkout still show up here — just sign in (or create an account) with the email you entered at checkout. And depending on how an order was placed, it can take a little longer to appear here — checking back in a few hours usually does it.

When do activation codes appear?

Usually shortly after your order is processed — most codes are here within an hour or so of your order confirmation. Codes and tracking arrive together in one place, so there’s no digging through emails.

If you see a “Code on the way” card, that item is part of your order and its code just hasn’t been issued yet. No action needed — it fills in on its own, and the card will light up when it’s ready.

Why is one of my codes hidden behind a warning?

A few publishers treat their activation codes like opening the shrink-wrap on a workbook: once the code has been seen, the item can’t be returned. For those items we keep the code tucked away until you’re sure you want it.

When you click to reveal one of these codes, we’ll show a short note explaining that revealing it makes the item non-refundable, and ask you to confirm. If you’re still deciding whether to keep the item, simply leave the code hidden — your return options stay open until you reveal it.

Where's my tracking?

Open any order on your dashboard and its packages are right at the top — one tile per package, each with the carrier and a tracking link. Orders with several boxes show “Package 1 of 3” and so on.

If an order shows “Preparing to ship”, it hasn’t left our warehouse yet — tracking appears as soon as it does. And if part of your order is on backorder, that package gets its own marked tile listing what’s inside, so you always know what’s coming in which box.
